If you shared your details through a card

When you use “Exchange contact” on someone's digital card, we share your name, contact details and any note you add with that card owner, only after you tick the consent box. They use it to stay in touch with you. We keep a record of what you agreed to and when.

You can ask the card owner, or us using the form below, to delete your details at any time. Card owners can delete a contact themselves in their dashboard.

If you visit a card

We count visits, QR scans and button taps so card owners can see how their card performs. We do not store your IP address. We keep a one-way code, made from a secret key, your IP address and browser, that changes every day. It lets us count unique visitors and stop spam, and can't be used to identify you.

If you have an account

  • We store your email address to sign you in, and the details you add to your card.
  • We keep a security log of sign-ins and important changes to your account, with the IP address and browser used. You can see and sign out your devices in Settings.
  • If your card was provided by your company, the company's admins can see that card's activity and the contacts shared through it.
  • Your card is public at its link while it is published. You can unpublish it at any time.
  • You can export your contacts from the Contacts page, and delete your account and all its data from Settings.

Where data is stored

Data is stored in our own database with our hosting provider. We don't sell personal data or use it for advertising.
